We are a team of expert professionals creating awareness about Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace.  

We are committed to create happy and health co-living at workplace.

Pink & Blue – Symbiotic Living is a Unit of Chamber of Professionals (A registered NGO). It was started in the year 2018 with a motto to create Happy & Healthy workplaces where team members are committed to working together with unconditional respect, freedom, trust and support for the opposite gender. 

The Project is lead by CS Ritu Goyal, who is Advocate by profession and has more than 14 years of experience in this field of Women Education and upliftment. CS Awanish Srivastava, Managing Partern at Nakslaw, is General secretary of the unit. There are nearly 150+ plus dedicated professionals who are providing their services in the unit.

Promoting Gender Equality

Right to equality guaranteed under Constitution of India embodies in itself right to live life free from discrimination on any ground including gender. Providing Safe Working Environment where Women feel safe, appreciated and respected is a step towards achieving the fundamental right of gender Equality at Workplace.

Creating Livelihood

‘Equality of status and opportunity’ is another right guaranteed under Constitution of India. A large section of our Female population does not participate in working outside, mainly due to the fear of sexual harassment at workplace or during commutation to and from workplace. We strive to create better livelihood opportunities for Women by creating awareness about means of prevention of sexual harassment at workplace and ensuing a safe work environment for them.

Ensuring Well Being

Sexual Harassment erodes equality and puts the dignity and the physical and psychological well-being of workers at risk. Poor physical and mental well-being leads to poor productivity and a negative impact on lives and livelihoods of the victims and people surrounding them. By creating awareness about prevention of sexual harassment workplaces, we aim to promote the psychological and physical well-being of society
