We are a Team of 100 + Dedicated POSH Professionals, equipped to act as External Members under POSH and serve the noble cause of creating awareness about Protection of Women from Sexual Harassment at Workplace. Pink & Blue – Symbiotic Living is a Unit/Project of Chamber of Professionals (A registered NGO), established to bridge the gap between Men and Women at Workplace so that they work in harmony with each other; free from fear of Sexual harassment or false complaints of Sexual harassment. The ultimate aim is to create Happy & Healthy Workplaces.

Over a period of last 4 years we have brought a positive change in the life of more than 50,000 people, created more than 150 Trainers and shared the possibility of our initiative with more than 2,00,000 people across the nation.

We Create Trainers who are trained in providing work life education about expected professional behaviour at workplace from both genders and we make them aware about the redressal mechanism in case they become victim of unprofessional or sexually abusive behaviour at workplace. Our Trainers have taken a pledge to create maximum awareness about POSH and creating Happy & Healthy workplaces
We Indulge Organizations
We indulge in positive discussions with the organizations and urge them to implement the measures to prevent Sexual harassment at Workplace in true sense & spirit. We assist the employers in creating professional work cultures where every member of the organization feels safe and equally appreciated. We provide support to organizations and employers by providing Professional Trainers services.
We Make Representations
We make representations before the administrative authorities and urge them to take effective and efficient measures for monitoring of compliance mechanism at workplaces in their respective jurisdiction. We suggest them measures for better and effective implementation of provisions of laws related to prevention of Sexual harassment at Workplace and encouraging gender equality.
